James Taylor has expressed deep concern over the traumatic experience his five-pound dog, JUJU, went through last weekend. Taylor claimed that the dog was bloodied and distressed after a groomer had taped Jujur’s lips shut.

Taylor recalled, "My dog clearly was in distress. What I initially believed was a mask turned out be tape. Jujur's toenails were cut too close to his paws, which caused him to bite. His paws looked reddened and bruised.

James took Juju immediately to the vet for immediate medical attention. He has accused Puppy Lux of animal abuse, joining numerous others who have made similar allegations. San Mateo's Office has now launched an animal cruelty investigation into Puppy Lux.

James described his observations, saying "I saw wounds in the genital, neck, and near the joints." The cuts were so deep that they caused blood to flow."

Jack Smithr, customer of Puppy Lux posted a Yelp review detailing the way his pets were returned unwell or injured. A Snapchat video captured by a customer showed a dog with obvious pain. He claimed that the groomer had forcedly inserted a towel into its ear.

Puppy Lux also wants to animal abuse circus make sure that customers are aware of the information the groomer gave him as someone who was trusted with the well-being of their pet. James shared, "Jonny informed me that taping the mouth shut is a normal and acceptable method, claiming it is preferable to using a muzzle, which he believes can be harmful to dogs. He said that he uses the method himself on his dogs.

Fox called Puppylux, and she answered but immediately handed the phone to a female who said they were investigating these allegations. However, when questioned about Puppy Lux, she quickly asserted that it was a separate entity before abruptly ending the call.
